The privacy of visitors to our website https://ekasa.org.ua is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This privacy and cookie policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how we will handle your personal information.
This Policy applies solely to information collected on our website https://ekasa.org.ua. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of third-party websites.

  • 1. Terms and Definitions
    • "Website" (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) means an informational resource on the Internet, located at https://ekasa.org.ua, containing textual, graphic, and other information perceived as a single entity, maintained by a set of system software tools.
    • "User" means any natural person who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permissible for accepting the User Agreement posted on the Site as well as this Policy.
    • "Account" means the User’s profile created at the time of authorization on the Site, which allows the Owner to identify (authorize) the User through their social network account on Facebook, Twitter, or Google.
    • "Personal Data" means information or a set of information about the User that is identified or can be specifically identified.
    •  "Services" (Site services) mean any services offered on the Owner’s Site, including but not limited to: providing a platform for business communication, creating new formats for content and special projects, developing and improving content quality for Users’ readers, video production, industry-specific projects, direct advertising, and more..
  • Collection and Use of Personal Data
    • Using the Site does not require registration and/or authorization or direct provision of personal data that can identify you, except as specified in clause 2.2 of this Policy.
    • At your discretion and for enhanced usability, you may authorize on the Site using your personal account on social networks Facebook, Twitter, or Google.
    • When using the Site, we may automatically collect information related to your use of the Site.
    • We may collect, store, and use the following types of your personal data:

    • When you visit the Site, a connection is established, access to the Site’s data is granted, and a log file is created, which may contain:

Additionally, we may conduct statistical analysis of this data. Log file data does not allow us to identify your identity. The data in the log file is used solely for the purposes specified in this Policy and is not transferred to third parties except as provided in clause 7.2 of the Policy.

    • We collect only those personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you, as the data subject, for the purpose of using the Site’s services. According to the current legislation of Ukraine, such provision is considered the data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes specified in this Policy.
    • We guarantee that we will not sell or rent the User’s personal data to third parties, except in cases where disclosure is required by Ukrainian law.
    • We do not collect or process information about your personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as health, sexual life, biometric, or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
  • Processing of Personal Data
    • The processing and storage of the provided personal data are carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the operation of the Site’s services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or in a separate table of the Site’s Database.
  • Purpose of Using Personal Data
    • We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
      • to administer our Website and business;
      • to personalize our Website for you;
      • to enable your use of the services available on our Website;
      • to send you statements, invoices, and payment reminders, and to collect payments from you;

    • Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.
    • Once you are no longer a user of the Website by deleting your Account, your personal data will also be automatically deleted.

    • While using the Website, there may be codes of other internet resources and third parties on the pages, as a result of which such resources and third parties may receive your data.   • Interaction of the Owner with Third Parties Regarding Personal Data
    • We do not transfer personal data to third parties unless such transfer is required by the current legislation of Ukraine, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases specified in this Policy. We understand that personal information is a value and an integral part of personal non-property rights of any individual, therefore we take all possible measures to protect your personal information.
    • Access to your personal data may be granted to our authorized employees who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of Users’ personal data, as well as third parties who provide support and administration services for the Website, or other services related to the Owner’s business activities. Our authorized employees and/or third parties are bound by contracts to comply with all legal requirements for the protection and confidentiality of Users’ personal data.
    • The Website may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When you follow a link to another website, this Policy no longer applies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each website before disclosing any personal data.
    • Personal information you post on our Website may be accessible worldwide. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

    • We ensure the application of appropriate confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure, processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage of such data.
    • We may disclose personal data without your consent if required by Ukrainian law, and only if necessary for national security, economic welfare, or human rights.
    • If you provide/lose access to your Account, you are fully responsible for the actions of the new User using your Account.
  • Conditions of Access to Personal Data
    • Access conditions for third parties are determined by the User’s consent or as required by law.
    • You have the right to obtain any information about yourself from any entity involved in personal data processing, upon providing full name, residence, and ID details, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
    • Access to personal data is provided free of charge. Delays in access are not allowed unless data cannot be provided within 30 calendar days from the request. In such cases, the total response time cannot exceed 45 days.
    • Notification of delays must be in writing with an explanation and rights for appeal.
    • Access may be denied under Ukrainian law.
    • A refusal or delay may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
  • Your Rights as a Data Subject

  •  obtain information on the terms of access to personal data;
  •  access your personal data;
  •  receive a response within 30 days regarding data processing and contents;
  •  object to data processing;
  •  request modification or deletion of unlawfully processed or inaccurate data;
  •  protect your data from illegal processing and loss;
  •  complain to the Commissioner or a court;
  •  use legal remedies for violations;
  •  restrict processing upon consent;
  •  withdraw consent;
  •  know the mechanism of automated data processing;
  •  object to decisions based solely on automated processing.
  • Cookies
    • Our Website uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier sent by a web server to a browser and stored by the browser.
